Chris Brown and Karrueche is still going strong even with all the rumors about him and Rihanna hooking up. The pair was spotted at Tru night club in Los Angeles.

The passing of our beloved queen,Whitney Houston, is one that was both devastating and unsuspected. Yes, we all knew of her past drug use and battle with substance abuse, but even with all that knowledge we couldn’t have predicted her passing. Whitney leaves some amazing memories, but none of them greater than the unexpected union between her and then-bad boy,Bobby Brown.
Although unexpected, it was a love we all grew to love and understand until it spiraled out of control and ended. Sorta like two current pop stars, whose past love was so intriguing to the masses, and its end was also abrupt and unexpected … I’m talking about the new Bobby and Whitney,Chris BrownandRihanna.
1. The Bad Boy
Although Chris Brown didn’t have the reputation that Bobby had, he was headed in that direction. Rumored to have dated everyone fromTeyana TaylortoKelly Rowland,Chris was the pretty bad boy all the ladies loved, like Bobby. Both were ladies men who we couldn’t see being tamed by just any woman.
In fact, we could hardly picture them being controlled by any woman at all, let alone a nice sophisticated young lady. That is until two good girls went bad.
2. Good Girls Gone Bad
Whitney was the daughter of a preacher with the voice of an angel. Although her voice earned her the title of one of the greatest voices of all time, she was always humble, beautiful Whitney. Fans could picture her heading to church service right after a studio session, or so her early image hinted. Although she grew up on the mean streets of Newark, her poise and demeanor told otherwise.
While the brown beauty from Barbados, who burst on the scene “Pon Da Replay” and rolled around playfully on the beach in “S.O.S.,” appeared so wet behind the ears you just knew her island mother wouldn’t even let her think about boys, let alone have a boyfriend. Even when she began shedding her good girl image and traded it in for a short haircut and an umbrella, you still never expected what was behind door number one … Chris Brown.
3. Shell Shock
The first time I heard that Whitney and Bobby were an item I said to myself, “Whitney must be drinking!” I could never imagine such an awkward couple, but we know opposites attract. And in this case, they stuck like glue. Pretty soon, we were so accustomed to seeing the two together that seeing one without the other made you remember that they were once solo projects.
The same can be said for Chris and Rihanna, it went from “Chris and Rih are dating?” to “We can’t wait to see Chrihanna!” It was almost sickening how much we were obsessed. We sucked in every shopping venture, every tour stop and every event they gathered their talents. We couldn’t get enough, until time ran out, and fate stepped in.
4. All Good Things Come to an End
Bobby and Whitney suddenly became more toxic to each other than good. The visible signs of both physical and drug abuse began to worry us more than the beautiful ring of their names. What was once admiration and envy became worry and concern. What we once couldn’t get enough of, we suddenly wanted to end. So when it finally came to a screeching halt, at first we were sad but secretly we exhaled.
Chris and Rih took a more unexpected turn, and I won’t go into details, but the difference was the infamous incident gave way to a million reasons they probably shouldn’t have been together, and also pointed to an even more horrific future if the said incident hadn’t occurred. It’s almost like fate stepped in and separated the two. Just like Bobby and Whitney had to handle their separate demons in the form of a separation, Chris and Rih had to part ways because, in my opinion, they weren’t truly ready or qualified for the love that was growing. Just like Bobby and Whit, they needed to clean up within themselves before that everlasting love could set in.
5. Will Chris and Rihanna Rewrite the Script?
Unfortunately, Whitney passed before we ever got a chance to see if she and Bobby would ever get back together. But with rumors, tweets and sightings of Chris and Rih, we might get a second chance with these two. Of course, that’s for those of us who want it. I gotta say they were just not ready for where their love was headed. They were just too immature. Chris definitely had some hidden anger issues, and Rihanna could have used an anger management class, or two, herself. Keep in mind I’m coming from a non-judgmental point of view; I’ll leave the judging to you.
Not that they’ve grown so much, but a lot can be learned in three years. They’ve been through it and have been with other people and their careers have grown. I do believe that they realize what the issues were before and if they’re truly willing to work on them, then they can be together forever.

Rihanna and Chris Brown both returned to Greystone Manor Supperclub in West Hollywood and they certainly caused a scene. Breezy snuck out the back door, while RiRi needed a police escort to wade through the sea of paparazzi waiting for her to exit the club.
One guest who was in the building tweeted, “Greystone Manor was crazy tonight.. Rihanna & Chris Brown together.. Singing reunited and it feels so good!!”
If you need any more hints that the couple is getting back together, Breezy tweeted, “Can’t stop lookin,” right around the time he was in the club. The 23-year-old Battleship actress tweeted, “What a crazy night?!!”
It’s not confirmed whether Karrueche Tran was in the building or not, but Chris’s current girl tweeted pictures of her and her friends in a club. Karrueche’s friend Seiko tweeted, “Concealing what you’re doing, or who you’re doing it with due to lack of confidence or belief, is an indication of insincerity.” A pretty random thing to tweet when you’re in the club.
